Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with In God We Trust. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days from the date your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at klenambella@gmail.com.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us at klenambella@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we will assist you. If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), contact us at klenambella@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
